3D Mapping System Research Assistant

- Applied and received the $75,000 Mitacs Accelerate in partnership with KXI Wildertec
- Conducted literature review of existing LiDAR technologies used in self-driving vehicles and surveying
- Developed custom 3D Mapping System with ROS (Robot Operating System) with RTABMap software, integrating 3D LiDAR, stereo depth cameras, IMUs, and GPS.
